Occupational Therapy in Key Biscayne | Independence & Meaningful Activities
If daily routines feel harder than they should, or your child, teen, or loved one seems overwhelmed by transitions, focus, or emotional regulation, you are not alone. Many families on Key Biscayne reach out when life looks calm on the outside but feels dysregulated beneath the surface. Occupational therapy offers support that goes beyond checklists, helping the nervous system settle so daily life can feel more manageable again.
Through in-home occupational therapy, I support children, teens, and elders with regulation, independence, and functional daily living skills. My work blends evidence-based occupational therapy with play, movement, and mindful routines, meeting families in the comfort of their homes where real life unfolds.
This island community values balance, wellness, and presence. Therapy here is designed to feel spacious and intentional, allowing growth to happen at a pace that feels supportive, grounded, and sustainable over time.
